You can exchange your piece within 14 calendar days of receiving it if the piece does not show any usage mark and comes inside the original box with the corresponding invoice. Please contact hello@facetsofsrilanka.com and we will come back to you as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.

Custom made pieces cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns.
